Island Hope

36X36X1.5"

Her expression is one of hope and clarity. She embodies persistence as fearless self-expression; the determination to bloom boldly even when the world tries to quite

Bold

36X24X1.5"

I painted Bold to reflect the cycles of growth. The repeated words and layered marks mirror the way growth is rarely linear; we circle back to old wounds, old truths, and old versions of myself, but each time we come back different, hopefully. The bold colors and steady gaze represent resilience within that repetition. This piece speaks to my commitment to persistently becoming—understanding that transformation often happens not in straight lines, but in spirals.

Breathe Out Courage

20X16X1.5"

I painted Breath Out Courage as a reminder that bravery doesn’t always arrive loudly—it often begins with something as small and steady as a single breath. The layered colors and strong gaze reflect the tension between fear and resolve, between who we were and who we are becoming. Each brushstroke represents release—exhaling doubt, pressure, and expectation. Through this piece, I honor the quiet act of choosing courage again and again, persistently becoming stronger with every breath.

She Squeezed Back

36X36X1.5"

It's resilience with a wink. When life handed her lemons, she didn't just make lemonade, she made art, attitude and her own sunshine. This piece celebrates turning challenges into color and proof that courage doesn't always roar; sometimes, it just squeezes a little harder and smiles anyway.

Unapologetically Seen

20X16X1.5"

I painted her as a confrontation and a confession.

The bold blocks of green, gold, and white across her face are not meant to blend softly; they clash and overlap the way identities do. We are never just one thing. We are shadow and highlight, strength and vulnerability, anger and grace. We will at any given moment delight some and disappoint others. That is truth. It's also true...none of that has to do with you.
